A few things to know before you book: - Up to 8 guests. We'll ask for each guest's name and age through Airbnb messages before booking. - The primary guest will receive a link to register and sign our house rules and amenity waiver. Please complete it as soon as possible, and no later than one week before check-in. - The saltwater pool is open year-round but unheated, so expect cool water outside the summer months. - Up to 3 dogs are welcome when included on your reservation. - Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Parties and events aren't permitted, and the property is smoke-free. - Exterior cameras cover the front door and driveway. There are no cameras inside the home. - We follow a strict cancellation policy and can't refund for weather, so we recommend travel insurance through your guest portal.
