We accept up to 8 guests. It's wedding season, so make sure you book your place to relax before and after all the festivities! Check-in is simple and contactless with a smart keypad lock. The neighborhood is residential and family-friendly, and the home backs up to open community space for a more private, peaceful backyard experience. Doggie bags will be provided for use and should be disposed of immediately in the outdoor trash bin. We ask that you provide us with your dog’s age, weight, and breed with your inquiry and all pets must be included on the booking reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY We abide by a Strict cancellation policy, no exceptions. Please review this policy and ensure that you fully understand and agree before booking. In addition, we cannot control for nature/weather and will not refund for it. We highly recommend you purchase trip insurance. POOL USE DISCLAIMER The above-ground pool is available for guest use during the season. There is no lifeguard on duty. All guests swim at their own risk. Children must be supervised at all times while in or near the pool area. For those not potty trained a swim diaper must be worn at all times while in the pool. For safety, no glass is allowed in the pool or on the pool deck. Guests agree to follow all posted and provided pool rules. Pool maintenance is handled by the owner through a professional pool service. Guests will be required to sign an amenity waiver (completed prior to your check-in day). By making this reservation you also acknowledge that the pool is used at your own risk. You are solely responsible for supervising all members of your group and for securing and locking the pool stairs when the pool is not in active use. NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE OR OUTSIDE Please refrain from smoking or vaping inside or outside the home and property! Any smoking evidence will result in a $1,000 fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. NO PARTIES/EVENTS We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Parties and large events are not allowed. TOWELS We provide bath towels as well as separate pool/beach towels. We ask that you only use the bath towels for indoors, and NOT for self-tanner or makeup removal. We do offer darker hand towels for makeup removal and pool/beach towels along with beach chairs for use at the pool deck and at the beach. Please be respectful of these items for use by future guests. Shake off all sound outside before bringing back into the house and/or washing. We also offer wet wipes and darker towels for drying off pets. Please do not use the white towels for this purpose.

Guest Access
Guests will have full, private access to the entire home, including the fenced backyard, pool and deck, and driveway parking. Check-in is simple and contactless with a smart keypad lock. The neighborhood is residential and family-friendly, and the home backs up to open community space for a more private, peaceful backyard experience. Thank you for respecting our occupancy limits, and all guests staying must be on your registration. Any guest not included and staying overnight will have a $50/guest/night fee assessed. Name and ages must be provided through the system's messages and the guest booking the reservation must be present the entire stay. We also require an amenity waiver to be signed prior to check-in. Unfortunately, access to the property cannot be provided if we do not have a signed waiver.
